I...As far as middle chapters go, I like this issue. I still think Lobdell is putting more focus and effort into GEN X at this point than either of the core books. It’s really easy to see when a breezy, mostly action issue like this one feels better paced and scripted than his wordier stuff in X-MEN and UNCANNY. I guess it makes sense; GEN X is his baby after all.<br /><br />I still distinctly remember reading this one when it first came out and getting really excited by the last page.
