You know what the say about something that isn't broken. Get rid of it and bring in a new something where the best case scenario is that it works as well as the original did.

@Anne "Wolverine Anime- it was blah and we ddn't go back."

SPOLER ALERT: Wolverine is the only character to survive. My fav episode of Awake was when ...What Anne said.

My fav episode of Awake was when he was being held hostage in the mental institute with his psychiatrist and half way through we realized his psychiatrist wasn't there. It was such a huge, holy shit moment. If the show had had a longer run, i'd like to think there were have been time for them to really play with what they were doing and have more episodes like that. I'd...I wondered about those Marvel Anime shows. I'd see snippets on G4 and wonder if I should be watching them, but never heard much. Good to know they were thoroughly average and I wasn't missing anything.

Even though it was just a one season wonder, I'm kinda bummed I missed Awake. The premise was definitely interesting, and I heard decent thins about it.

We've discussed Avengers and Avatar plenty, but I'm impressed you were able to make it through an entire discussion of the former without mentioning its ridiculous cancellation.Austin Gortonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14281239771248780430noreply@blogger.com
