That makes me want to watch it more, since usually the reunions are pretty bland and filled with too much douche-y Andy Cohen.

@Hannah: ON a brighter note, I'm dreaming in British again!

Pip pip, cheerio, tea and crumpets, bugger this, wot?

@Dr. Bitz: Has there ever been a restaurant or business on TV that hasn't had dire financial problems for the majority of the show's run?

No.

I mean, there's probably a few, but not any I can think of at the moment.

I'm hoping it's not a recurring thing on Bob's Burger.Austin Gortonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14281239771248780430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7266470995513648978.post-9939559452353791282011-04-11T15:28:36.390-05:002011-04-11T15:28:36.390-05:00Has there ever been a restaurant or business on TV...Has there ever been a restaurant or business on TV that hasn't had dire financial problems for the majority of the show's run? For once I'd like to see a show about a restaurant that's mildy successful, or at least not living check to check and desperate for customers.

Beyond that Bob's Burgers was pretty funny this week.Dr. Bitzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13568570859981368717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7266470995513648978.post-55977848902681741962011-04-11T15:03:29.505-05:002011-04-11T15:03:29.505-05:00I have all of these recorded. *hangs head in TV sh...I have all of these recorded. *hangs head in TV shame* I watched MP instead. And did you have a chance to watch the Top Chef reunion?

I am still watching American Dad, I just rarely have anything to say about it. This last episode, I thought the Steve/Roger A plot was pretty routine, but I loved the Stan/Francine B plot. I laughed my ass off at all their "surprises".

I have not yet watched the Top Chef reunion. I'll be sure to write something up about it once I do, though, even though it'll be late, since I know you, at least, are looking for it.Austin Gortonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14281239771248780430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7266470995513648978.post-5330874726669775402011-04-11T10:55:00.271-05:002011-04-11T10:55:00.271-05:00we've decided to give Bob's Burgers a try,...we've decided to give Bob's Burgers a try, based purely on your posts and i would have to say that overall i enjoyed it. The DVR is set to record repreats so hopefully we can catch up some.

FG was OK. I get tired of Brian being a douche - ie, his lying to women right when he meets them to make himseld look good. Seriously Brian? Just be an adult.

Have you stopped watching American Dad? And did you have a chance to watch the Top Chef reunion? Cuz i'm curious of your thoughts on thatSarah Ahiershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02795455714801965956noreply@blogger.com
