Yeah, at this point, I could pretty much just post the entirety of each episode's script. I also love the bit where Marge is using her Southern accent at dinner to stay in character, and then Bart and Lisa join in, prompting Homer to exclaim that he's, "living in a Cuckoo clock", but the humor is all in the delivery.

Anyway, you think being introduced to Ayn Rand is a good thing? ;)

Just from the perspective that it's good to know that her philosophies are out there. :)

@Anne: I'm always sad when i watch this ep because i actually want to see the whole play

I would LOVE to see a full length version of this play. I especially love how they turn Blanche's bitterly ironic final line "I always depend on the kindness of strangers" into a showstopping final song that completely misses the point of the line.Austin Gortonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14281239771248780430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7266470995513648978.post-26201564682914164382011-08-29T11:47:56.395-05:002011-08-29T11:47:56.395-05:00yeah i second Sarah- one of my fave eps- we always...yeah i second Sarah- one of my fave eps- we always sing Stella. One bad thing about this episode is that the musical version of a Streetcar Named Desire doesn't actually exist.
